It is a China Economic Information (CEI) site dedicated to Shanghai only. If you want to have more localized information on Shanghai, you should visit this one rather than the central site of CEI.
Very clear target audience of everybody who wants to know more about doing business in Shanghai. Unlike its parent site, it has an English version targeting non-Chinese reading visitors as well.
Very detailed news and information about Shanghai. It has a long list of companies in Shanghai but I guess most if not all of them are state enterprises.
The organization is not exceptional but still well organized. It's better than the parent site China Economic Information (CEI) because everything is under the same web site. At the bottom of each page, there is a row of links to each major category of the site and the homepage. There is no e-mail address available other than the homepage.
Just consistent and clean. Easy to read.
It has a lot of GIF files. I have downloaded one 80KB picture in one second level page ! Even for people living outside of China, it still takes a long time to see the page. It would be painful for mainland Chinese to read it.
No bad link has been encountered. Maybe it doesn't have many external links only.
