Only people who can read Chinese. Most likely the target is mainland Chinese only.

It is only a parent site. Selecting a major category will bring you to a child site with another host name under the same domain (.cei.gov.cn). The consistency among those child sites is not very good. They use different layout, colours and menus. Only the top left icon on the second level can bring you back to the homepage of mother site. The news showing on the main page are using plain text file rather than HTML. Don't know why. You have to use 'Back' feature of browser to return. However, they have very good menus to select different charts.
Consistent, clean and short. That's enough.
It has done a good job in reducing the size of charts. I have downloaded some with the largest one being 6KB only ! However, the site itself is very slow.
No bad link has been encountered. Maybe it doesn't have many external links only.
